If you don’t know, Telefónica Gastro Park, is what I described in this blog as “Hip Food Truck Heaven” in Tijuana, Mexico. It’s a permanent establishment with indoor and outdoor seating and food and drink options for every palate. Seriously, there are even vegan Mexican options.
