Travel Resources to Plan Your Next Trip & Save Money Along the Way
Travel is fun. Travel planning can be exhausting.
One of the stressors of travel planning is figuring out where to start. There are almost too many resources available. When you try to use all of them, all of a sudden, you find yourself with 15 browser tabs open and you can’t remember the name of that hotel you really liked when you started looking two-hours ago or even what website it was on.
These are the resources I use most often for travel planning, or in the case of something I don’t do often (like take excursions), the resources trusted by frequent travelers. To go to the resource, simply click the name or logo. I don’t use every tool for every trip. Different types of trips require different resources. For example, Agoda is my go-to for lodging in Asia while Hotels.com takes the blue ribbon for booking last minute hotels on long USA drives while counting towards a free night stay.
Some of the links are affiliate links, which means if you use them, I will get a small (often cents, not dollars) commission if you make a purchase with no extra charge to you. I’d love it if you would consider using them when planning your travel.
